NEW PLANTING SYSTEM

The new TML Transplanter has a very narrow plow, hardly wider than the trayplant itself. This plow makes a tight furrow so the plant is positionned straight upwards. The plant can also easily be pressed firmly by the wheels that are positionned very close to the plant. Heavy soil is no longer any problem. Inside the plow, a mechanism pushes the plant into the furrow at the right moment so the planting distance is equal. The carrusel turns smoothly and has chamfered corners for easy and rapid filling.

EPS

If desired, the LAUWERS planters can be equipped with the EPS system, a system that controls the plant distance computerized. An impeller records the distance traveled, the computer processes this together with the entered plant spacing, and sends the proportionally controlled hydraulic motor which drives the machine. The soil type and method of soil preparation before planting thus have no longer influence on the planting distance. Two counters keep the number of planted in trays. The planting distance is per cm adjustable with a single key press.

GRANULES APPLICATOR - ROW FERTILIZER

LAUWERS transplanters can be equiped with a gralules applicator that sews per plant. Quantity and place are adjustable. Also a row fertilizer system is a usefull option.
